5. Pool: One of the most interesting luxury trend to come out of the Covid-19 pandemic is the rise in the number of pools being built. The demand has skyrocketed and will likely continue to do so well into 2021. Being forced to stay at home during a pandemic is easier to swallow when you can go for a swim in your own backyard.
6. Theater: Home theaters were once thought of as strictly a luxury item and, while they are expensive, they are also becoming more commonplace in homes of all price ranges. In fact, with movie theaters closed due to the pandemic, 2020 has been the year to watch on-demand new releases as well as binge watch entire seasons of your favorite show. Having a luxury home theater to enjoy it all with is almost a necessity.
